Terms & Conditions for Voxly

01The Service

Voxly turns your speech into text and uses AI to polish, rewrite and translate it, and — on Android — can insert the result into other apps through its optional floating assistant.

Free accounts include a limited number of writes per day; the app shows how many remain and when they reset. Changing the tone or language of an existing result is free, up to a limit per item. Paid features, where offered, are described in the app before you buy.

02Your Account

• You sign in with an email address you control and a password you keep secret. Use a password you don’t use elsewhere.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly at info@greewebsolutions.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

03Your Content

You keep all rights to what you dictate or type and to the results. You let us process your content only as needed to provide Voxly, including sending it to our AI and translation providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.

04AI-Generated Results

AI-written text and translations can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Always review a result before you send or rely on it — especially for legal, medical, financial or other important matters.

Voxly is a writing aid, not professional advice. You decide what to send, and you are responsible for the messages you send using Voxly.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voxly to:

• break any law or regulation;
• harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate others;
• create spam, malware or content that infringes anyone’s rights;
• disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• get around the free daily limit or other fair-use measures.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

06The Floating Assistant

The optional floating assistant uses Android’s Accessibility Service only to insert Voxly text into the field you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. You enable it yourself and can disable it at any time in your phone’s settings.

07Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The Voxly name, logo, app design and software are owned by Gree Web Solutions. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership. Third-party names such as Android, Google Play, WhatsApp or Gmail belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

08Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Voxly available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, limit or discontinue features, and may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and on this page.

09Ending Your Use

You can stop using Voxly and delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Account → Delete account, or from our account-deletion page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Voxly is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from relying on AI-written text. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle your information, and forms part of these terms.
